Job summary

UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver garments, and build strong customer relationships. You will be on the move daily, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries.

You’ll identify upsell opportunities to grow your route while maintaining safety and professional service. A commission-based role starts from day one, with opportunities for earnings growth through client engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in route sales, delivery, or service roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route and serve as the primary contact for customers.
• Load/unload route trucks and assist service team for daily operations.
• Deliver and pick garments and products on schedule, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Identify upsell opportunities to grow the route and increase earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Maintain inventory and troubleshoot service issues to uphold service excellence.
