UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You will load/unload trucks, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety on every stop.

Qualifications

• Driver's License & Safe Driving Record: Must be at least 21 years of age and maintain a valid license/record.
• Educational Requirements: High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to work independently while maintaining a team mindset.
• Relevant Experience: Prior customer service, route sales, or delivery experience is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency and experience.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload trucks, ensure accuracy at start of each day.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service: on-time deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships: build rapport and upsell garments and products.
• Drive sales growth: identify upsell opportunities to expand the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road: operate a company truck, prioritize safety and relationships.
• Engage in a physically active role: work indoors/outdoors with energy and safety focus.
• Contribute to service excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends.
