UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage deliveries and pickups on a dedicated route, building strong customer relationships and driving sales. You’ll work independently, loading and unloading, with a focus on safety, consistency, and exceptional service.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with commissions from day one, supporting career growth in a nationwide garment services company that values dependability and customer focus.

• Proven customer service experience or ability to deliver high levels of service.
• Ability to manage routes and schedules with accuracy and safety.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to upsell products and services to customers.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on your assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks and starting each day accurately.
• Ensure on-time deliveries/returns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and introduce new garments and products to enhance their experience.
• Identify upsell opportunities to grow route revenue.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes with safety as priority.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments requiring energy and attention to safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with Monday–Friday daytime hours.
