UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You will support daily operations, ensure accurate on-time service, and grow earnings through upselling opportunities on a consistent daytime schedule.

You will represent UniFirst on the road, maintain safety standards, and work both indoors and outdoors in a physically active role.

Qualificações

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfort with using new technologies to improve operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: ensure on-time deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport, address service needs, upsell products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities to grow route earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes, prioritizing safety.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work in indoor/outdoor environments with energy and safety.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends.
