Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong relationships with customers. You’ll operate a company walk-in truck, prioritizing safety, accuracy, and high-quality service across the same set of client locations each week.

You will identify upselling opportunities, contribute to sales growth, and earn commission from day one on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and clean driving record; eligible to operate company vehicles.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills; able to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using new technologies.
• Physical stamina; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on the assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at day start.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing needs and upselling garments and products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to drive route revenue and earnings.
