UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong relationships with customers. This field-based role requires physical activity, excellent time management, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations: assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service: on-time deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships: build rapport, address service needs, and upsell additional garments and products.
• Drive sales growth: identify upsell opportunities to expand the route and earnings potential.
• Represent UniFirst on the road: operate company walk-in truck along designated routes with safety as a priority.
• Engage in a physically active role: work in indoor and outdoor environments with energy and attention to safety.
• Contribute to service excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights, weekends, servicing the same route weekly.
