Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in Savannah, GA. You will manage customer accounts in the Rental Division, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and other facility products along an established route.

This is a fast-paced, on-site role with opportunities to upsell within an existing customer base. You will join a company that emphasizes safety, quality service, and teamwork, with a structured training program and potential for base pay with commissions as you are assigned

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license (DOT required prereq) and able to meet DOT driving requirements.
• Customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues proactively.
• Self-motivated with teamwork mindset to meet goals.
• Strong communication and professional conduct on-site with customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety and policy.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
