Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in Savannah, GA to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive along an established route, service and upsell facility services and products.

The role offers a 4-day workweek with most shifts free of nights or weekends, plus base pay and commission potential after routing is assigned. You will build rapport with decision-makers and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Meet DOT requirements to drive a vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• High School diploma, GED or Military service.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
