Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route drivers service an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services.

This role includes a 10-week training with a starting hourly rate, a solid base salary plus commissions after route assignment, and a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses and

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification are required.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while remaining professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
