Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service uniforms and related products, and deliver strong customer satisfaction from a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring a DOT-compliant driving record, a high school diploma or GED, and a customer-service mindset to build long-term relationships with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High school diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
