Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route to service and upsell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and cleaning products along the way.

The role emphasizes building rapport with decision makers, meeting quality standards, and proactively solving customer concerns. A DOT-compliant candidate with a strong customer service orientation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day of employment.

Responsibilities
