Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced position with drivers delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services. The role offers a 4-day workweek, minimal nights or weekends, and a solid base pay with commission potential along

Qualifications

• Meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle weighing >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification.
• Be at least 21 years old; provide prior employment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve concerns.
• Grow existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
