Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental division. You will drive a route delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services products, building rapport with key decision makers.

In this role, you’ll work a 4-day week with no nights or weekends, earning base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and strong training. DOT requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.
• Active driver's license and DOT compliance required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying compliant with regulations.
• Adhere to driving and vehicle regulations.
