Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. You will service and sell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after routing, a 4-day workweek, and minimal night/weekend work.

Qualifications

• Active driver\'s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• DOT medical certification required
• Provide documentation of prior employment
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
