Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission potential, and a 4-day workweek with minimal

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED or Military service.
• Active driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements.
• DOT medical certification and documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals, manage inventory, and drive safety compliance.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
