Qualifications

• Experience in route operations management or a related field.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead with safety: promote a safety-first culture through training, briefings, and policy enforcement.
• Team leadership: manage Non-CDL Drivers, onboarding, performance management, and operational support.
• Hands-on support: step in to maintain efficient route operations and ensure smooth service.
• Enhance service quality: collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service.
• Coaching & performance: conduct ride-alongs, provide coaching, and remove barriers to success.
• Optimize operations: ensure compliance with industry standards and improve route sequencing for efficiency.
• Fleet management: oversee truck maintenance and manage delivery/pick-up logistics.
• Customer relationships: build and maintain positive relationships with customers, focus on retention and upsell opportunities.
• Accounts receivable: follow up on overdue accounts and resolve service-related issues.
