Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives delivering to diverse customers. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability for the location.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, build strong customer relationships, and work closely with location management to optimize service programs. A valid driver’s license and DOT readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams to deliver service to multiple customers.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.
• Strong customer relationship and contract renewal negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer tasks.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
