Qualifications

• Experience in route operations management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Safety: promote a safety-first culture through training, briefings, and policy enforcement.
• Team Leadership: manage Non-CDL Drivers, onboarding, performance management, and operational support.
• Hands-On Support: step in as needed to maintain route operations and ensure smooth service.
• Enhance Service Quality: collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service.
• Coaching & Performance: conduct ride-alongs, provide coaching, and remove obstacles to success.
• Optimize Operations: ensure compliance with industry standards and improve route sequencing for efficiency.
• Fleet Management: oversee truck maintenance and manage delivery/pick-up logistics.
• Customer Relationships: build and maintain positive relationships, focusing on retention and upselling opportunities.
• Accounts Receivable: follow up on overdue accounts and resolve service-related issues.
