• Coaching & performance: conduct ride-alongs, provide coaching, and remove barriers to success.
• Optimize operations: ensure compliance with industry standards and improve route sequencing for efficiency.
• Fleet management: oversee truck maintenance and manage delivery/pick-up logistics.
• Customer relationships: build and maintain positive relationships with customers, focus on retention and upsell opportunities.
• Accounts receivable: follow up on overdue accounts and resolve service-related issues.
