Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring for a Route Sales (Class A CDL) position in Robinson, IL and surrounding areas. This full-time local route offers paid training and home daily.

You will drive a company vehicle to local customers, stock and merchandise products, collect payments, complete daily paperwork, and provide excellent customer service while following safety inspections. Training leads to Class A CDL and Medical DOT Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Able to lift 30+ lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to work 8+ hours/day.
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL and Medical DOT Card during training/entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products.
• Collect payments and obtain customer signatures.
• Complete daily paperwork and follow safety inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Other duties as needed.

• Paid Training: We'll get you certified and ready to drive!
• Job Type: Full-Time, Local Routes
• Home Daily (no long-haul driving required)

What You’ll Do:

• Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products
• Collect payments and get customer signatures
• Complete daily paperwork and follow safety inspections
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as needed

Route Sales Training Requirements:

• Obtain a CDL Permit
• Pass DOT physical and get a Medical Card
• Complete New Employee Orientation and formal sales training
• Ride-along with team members to learn the business
• Get your Class A CDL certification

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Pay:$49,400 - $52,000
• Commission Opportunity (with minimum guaranteed pay)
