Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring a Route Sales Driver to deliver and merchandise products in Pomona, MO and surrounding areas. The annual pay ranges from $49,000 to $52,000 depending on experience, with paid training and a local route that lets you come home each night.

You’ll operate a company truck, secure loads, collect payments, and provide excellent customer service while following company policies. CDL training is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand or walk 8 hours or more daily.
• Current Class A CDL preferred; CDL training offered.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Clean‑shaven appearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle for product deliveries.
• Secure and wrap loads daily before leaving the facility and after each stop.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Collect cash payments and obtain customer signatures for receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Complete receipts, deposits, and end‑of‑day paperwork as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Able to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs. or more repeatedly.
• Able to work on foot for 8 hours or more daily
• Current Class A CDL (we offer CDL Training)
• Obtain Medical DOT Card
• Ability to maintain a clean‑shaven appearance
