Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica in Pomona, MO is hiring a Route Sales Driver to deliver and merchandise our products to a variety of accounts. You’ll operate a company truck and ensure shelves are stocked and loads secured while providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a current Class A CDL with DOT medical card. CDL training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly and work on foot for long shifts.
• CDL training available; DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle for product deliveries.
• Secure and wrap loads daily before leaving the facility and after each stop.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Collect cash payments and obtain customer signatures for receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Complete receipts, deposits, and end‑of‑day paperwork as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Able to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs. or more repeatedly.
• Able to work on foot for 8 hours or more daily
• Current Class A CDL (we offer CDL Training)
• Obtain Medical DOT Card
• Ability to maintain a clean‑shaven appearance
