Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring a Route Sales Driver to operate a company truck, delivering and merchandising our products to a variety of accounts in Pomona and surrounding areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history, and the ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours. A current Class A CDL is required and a DOT medical card must be obtained. Paid training, growth opportunities, and a friendly local team complete the package.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours daily.
• Current Class A CDL and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle for product deliveries.
• Secure and wrap loads daily before leaving the facility and after each stop.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Collect cash payments and obtain customer signatures for receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Complete receipts, deposits, and end‑of‑day paperwork as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Able to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs. or more repeatedly.
• Able to work on foot for 8 hours or more daily
• Current Class A CDL (we offer CDL Training)
• Obtain Medical DOT Card
• Ability to maintain a clean‑shaven appearance
