Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring for Route Sales (Class A CDL) in Effingham, IL and surrounding areas. You will drive a company vehicle to local customers, stock and merchandise products, collect payments, and complete daily paperwork while maintaining safety standards.

Paid training is provided to obtain a Class A CDL and Medical DOT Card; this is a full-time, local-route position with home daily and opportunities for commission on top of guaranteed pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Able to work 8+ hours per day.
• Must obtain Class A CDL and Medical DOT Card.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products.
• Collect payments and obtain customer signatures.
• Complete daily paperwork and follow safety inspections.

Now Hiring: Route Sales (Class A CDL)

Location: Effingham, IL & surrounding areas

No CDL? No Problem!

• Paid Training: We’ll get you certified and ready to drive!


• Job Type: Full-Time, Local Routes


• Home Daily (no long-haul driving required)

What You’ll Do:

• Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers


• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products


• Collect payments and get customer signatures


• Complete daily paperwork and follow safety inspections


• Provide excellent customer service


• Other duties as needed

Route Sales Training Requirements:

• Obtain a CDL Permit


• Pass DOT physical and get a Medical Card


• Complete New Employee Orientation and formal sales training


• Ride-along with team members to learn the business


• Get your Class A CDL certification

Job Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Pay:$49,400 - $52,000
