Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Route Sales Support Specialist to join our regional sales team. After training, you will support franchisees, company stores, and Franchise Performance Team operations.

You will contribute to inventories, surveys, and open-route service with a focus on service, selling, and relationship building. We value experience in direct sales and favor candidates with automotive industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license.
• 2–5 years' experience in direct sales.
• Automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair experience valued.
• D.O.T. physical and medical card as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct franchisee inventories and advise on inventory management.
• Perform route surveys per Snap-on guidelines.
• Service open routes including selling, collecting receivables and servicing customers.
• Assist with priority service issues (tool-ups, training, show materials, replacements).
• Support franchise performance teams and participate in trainings.
