Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of direct sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• DOT physical and medical card funded by the company.
• Ability to frequently lift 50–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct franchisee inventories and advise on inventory management practices.
• Perform route surveys per Snap-on guidelines.
• Service open routes including selling, collecting receivables, and customer servicing.
• Assist with priority service issues (tool-ups, meetings, materials, trainings, tool replacements, etc.).
