Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Route Sales Support Specialist to join our regional sales team. After comprehensive training, you will support franchisees, company stores, and Franchise Performance Team operations.

We value initiative and have a track record of promoting from within. Requirements include a valid driver's license and 21+ age, plus 2–5 years of direct sales experience. The role includes lifting up to 100 pounds and using mobile apps and email on devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years' experience in direct sales.
• Previous experience in automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair valued.
• Valid driver’s license.
• D.O.T. physical and medical card paid by company.
• Ability to frequently lift 50–100 pounds.
• Ability to learn and follow a process.
• Computer proficiency and ability to operate apps and emails on cell phones.

Responsibilities

• Route Sales Support Specialists provide support to franchisees, company stores, and Franchise Performance Team operations.
• Conduct inventories for franchisees and advise on best inventory practices.
• Conduct route surveys per guidelines established by Snap-on.
• Service open routes including selling, receivables, and servicing customers.
• Assist with priority service issues (tool-ups, meetings, training, tool shows, replacements, terminations, returns).
