Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Route Sales Specialist to deliver fresh products to existing customers, establish new accounts and merchandise on open routes. You will work with the Sales Leadership Team to meet customer expectations and coordinate promotions to drive growth.

You will ensure on-time distribution while adhering to safety and DOT standards, providing high levels of customer service, and supporting route optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and retain a DOT medical card.
• Chauffer license if job location is IN, MI, TN.
• Ability to read and speak English to communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide vacation relief for Route Sales Professionals and Loaders.
• Assist Sales Leadership Team with day-to-day operations.
• Train new Route Sales Professionals.
• Deliver fresh product to existing customers on open routes.
