Job summary

Flowers Bakeries Sales of NorCal, LLC has an immediate opening for a high-performing Route Sales Representative to order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products. You will build relationships with customers and expand shelf space while ensuring product freshness and rotating stock.

Start times are around 3:00am with Wednesday and Sunday off. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license for 3+ years, and pass a DOT Medical Card requirement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for 3+ years.
• Must obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid state license with clean driving record.
• Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
• Must comply with CMV rules.
• Completion of 4-week company-paid training.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Place orders, sell and deliver fresh baked products.
• Grow sales by expanding shelf space and in-store displays.
• Maintain accurate delivery and time logs; report maintenance issues.
• Work flexible hours; start around 3:00am with Wed/Sun off.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive growth.
• Use data and marketing plans to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
