Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is hiring a Route Sales Representative in Southern California. You will order, sell, and deliver freshly baked products to customers, maintaining a neat appearance and building strong relationships with store personnel.

Typical start around 3:00am; days off Wednesday and Sunday. You will expand shelf space, run in-store promotions, and ensure product rotation to maximize shelf life while using data and marketing plans to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales and customer relations.
• Delivery and route coordination experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and professional appearance.
• Record daily driver logs, time logs, and hours of service; ensure vehicle readiness.
• Expand shelf space and in-store promotions to grow sales.
• Coordinate with customers to optimize product rotation and shelf life.
