Job summary

Flowers Bakeries Sales of NorCal, LLC is seeking a high-performing Route Sales Representative to manage ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. The role requires an early start around 3:00am, driving a team-focused, growth-oriented approach in a Direct Store Delivery environment.

The candidate should have delivery driver experience, a valid license, and a willingness to work flexible hours to maximize sales and store promotions.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Check daily delivery vehicle, keep records, and report maintenance issues.
• Expand shelf space and promote in-store displays.
• Work with customers to increase sales and drive satisfaction.
• Service accounts during the customer’s service windows; may require non-traditional hours.
