Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc., through Flowers Bakeries Sales of SoCal, LLC, is seeking a high-performing Route Sales Representative to order, sell, and deliver fresh baked goods. You will build lasting relationships with customers, uphold brand standards, and ensure timely deliveries.

Expected start times are around 3:00am with Wednesday and Sunday off; candidates need a valid license and clean driving record. The role offers salary in the $70,000–$85,000 range plus comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Delivery driver experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; keep logs and vehicle checks.
• Work early mornings (around 3:00am) with Wednesday and Sunday days off.
• Increase sales by expanding shelf space and in-store promotions.
• Use data and marketing plans to grow customer accounts in a DSD environment.
