Job summary

Flowers Bakeries Sales of NorCal, LLC has an immediate opening for a high-performing Route Sales Representative to order, sell, and deliver fresh baked products. The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships and expanding shelf space.

You will start early around 3:00am, with days off on Wednesday and Sunday, and must maintain neat appearance and record daily logs while ensuring product freshness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must have a clean driving record and meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
• Must adhere to CMV regulations and complete 4 weeks of company-paid training.
• Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote promotions.
• Check delivery vehicle daily and keep accurate logs; report maintenance issues.
• Work varying days with early starts (around 3:00am); days off Wed and Sun.
• Increase sales by expanding shelf space and in-store displays; maximize shelf life.
• Collaborate with customers using data and marketing plans to grow accounts.
