Job summary

Flowers Bakeries Sales of SoCal, LLC has an immediate opening for a Route Sales Representative responsible for ordering, sales and delivery of fresh baked products. You will build relationships with customers, maintain vehicle records, and ensure shelf life through rotation and promotions.

The role requires early starts around 3:00am, flexible days, and the ability to adapt to non-traditional hours to meet delivery windows, with prior delivery driver experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Order, sell and deliver fresh baked products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Check delivery vehicle daily and keep accurate records.
• Report maintenance issues and complete daily logs.
• Work varying days with early start times, around 3:00am; days off on Wednesday and Sunday.
• Increase sales by expanding shelf space, displays and in-store promotions.
• Use data and marketing plans to grow customer relationships and drive growth.
• Service accounts during customer service windows and may work non-traditional hours.
