Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route to service and sell uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services to an existing customer base.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role with a 4-day workweek for most routes and minimal nights or weekends. Compensation includes a base salary, commissions, and monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and hold an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
