Job summary

Alsco is seeking a Route Relief/Utility role to support the Service Department by covering routes, delivering textile loads, and providing excellent customer service. You will assist with rush deliveries, renewals, audits and route support while reporting to the District Manager.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and at least one year of driving experience. Strong English communications and color recognition are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license required; CDL if applicable.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no chargeable violations.
• At least one year of safe driving experience.
• Strong customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent English communication; ability to follow directions.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes and product types.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Route Sales Representative duties and related tasks.
• Learn all routes and run routes during holidays, vacations or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks from supervision.
• Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell all service lines.
• Maintain accurate route paperwork and ensure timely deliveries.
