Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong relationships with customers and drive service excellence across a defined route in North America. You will balance exceptional customer service with achieving sales growth, while representing Vestis professionally at all times.

Responsibilities include safe driving, route management, product loading, invoicing accuracy, and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Experience in customer service with a wide variety of client contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to sell services/products and generate new business preferred.
• Strong math and basic computer skills and ability to communicate pricing clearly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator records.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate, timely delivery of products.
• Load/unload products per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to improve profitability.
• Develop leads and call on prospective customers to solicit business and install new accounts.
