Vestis Corporation is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong customer relationships while meeting sales growth goals. The role involves driving a step van, delivering products, and handling service agreements with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include route management, invoicing accuracy, and proactive customer issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have a valid license, strong math and computer skills, and experience in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to solve customer concerns.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to improve profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
• Follow safety practices and company policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
