Vestis Corporation is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver in California to build strong customer relationships and exceed sales goals. You will operate a step van, manage routes, and develop new accounts while maintaining safety and professionalism on every delivery.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, route profitability, and compliance with company policies. A high school diploma and valid license with a clean driving record are required, with competitive hourly pay and growth

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills are required.
• Experience selling services and generating new business is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation up to date.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load and unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for completeness and accuracy; correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to boost profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and promptly address issues.
• Follow safety practices and wear proper PPE; perform other duties as needed.
