Vestis seeks a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong customer relationships while pursuing sales growth. You will operate a step van, deliver products, and support the sales team on your route.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to a variety of clients.
• Verify daily preventive maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads/prospects, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
• Maintain personal safety and follow safe work practices.
