Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service with a wide range of client contacts.
• Strong math and basic computer skills are required.
• Sales experience and ability to generate new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and quickly resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a route van to deliver products and service to clients.
• Verify routine vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation up to date.
• Manage daily route to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Load/unload products following company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily and correct discrepancies as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, and install new accounts.
• Communicate clearly the services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety practices and use proper tools and equipment.
