Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with diverse client contacts.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services or generating new business is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to deliver products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route to ensure accurate, timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product following company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate pricing, services, and policies to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain personal safety and follow safe practices.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of activities.
