Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Customer service experience across varied client interactions.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to service clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and complete operator docs.
• Manage daily route to ensure on-time delivery.
• Load/unload products per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices for accuracy and corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and drive route growth for profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to safety practices and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
