Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (not CDL) with a clean record.
• Strong customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Demonstrated ability to sell services/products and generate new business.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and solve customer concerns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to serve clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and complete operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth for profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
