Job summary

Gulf Coast Panama Jack is seeking a Dynamic Route Sales Representative for Panama City Beach, FL. The role involves managing 20+ retail accounts, developing relationships, prospecting new customers, merchandising products, and handling order entry and logistics.

Training starts with hourly pay during the first 8–9 weeks, then a draw against commission as you cover the PCB territory. The candidate should be able to lift 40 lbs, work weekends, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• College Degree is a Plus
• At least 18 years of age
• Account Management and Merchandising Experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 40lbs.
• Flexibility with schedule
• Is willing to work weekends
• Starting time could be as early as 5:00am at times

Responsibilities

• Develop positive business relationships with assigned retail partner
• Prospect and acquire new customers
• Serve as a point of contact for questions or concerns
• Be responsible for merchandising products from receiving and back stock directly to the floor or storage
• Be responsible for order entry, shipping logistics, tracking orders, checking in products, building displays, and handling damages
• Ensure proper product placements, maintenance, and brand compliance
• Manage 20+ accounts for our retail partners with huge growth potential

Route Sales Representative

compensation: This is a 100% Commission based position with draw based on territory. First 8-9 weeks of training will be hourly @$18 an hour. After the training period you will start receiving a draw against commission based upon territory. Reps in the PCB territory make between $42,000-$90,000+ a year.
