Job summary

Palermo's Pizza is hiring a delivery driver to transport our products to customers safely and on time. You will build and maintain relationships with store personnel, manage routing, and ensure shelves are stocked.

The role requires strong organization, good communication, and a drive to grow our frozen pizza business across the Minneapolis area. A CDL B is preferred, and we offer competitive pay and benefits, including a comprehensive package and opportunities for advancement.

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and handle repetitive loading/unloading.

What You'll Do…

• Safely transport product to customers in timely and efficient manner to meet customer and company expectations.
• Effectively build partnerships with the individual(s) who oversee the frozen pizza category sales at store level.
• Use an entrepreneurial approach to grow existing business, including building relationship and rapport with your customers.
• Unload, stock, rotate, and pull product, ensuring shelves are full on every visit.
• Maintain an efficient routing schedule with flexibility based upon customer needs.
