Job summary

Palermo’s Pizza in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Route Sales Representative to deliver frozen pizzas and cultivate relationships with store managers. You’ll own your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, stock displays, and adapt to customer needs while working Monday–Friday with no overnights.

We offer uncapped earnings with hourly plus commission, daily pay options, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving practices (CDL Class B preferred).
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to problem-solve and work independently.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable lifting 25 lbs. cases and frequently getting in and out of trucks.
• Willing to work in outdoor and cold/freezer environments.
