Palermo’s Pizza, a family-owned company and the fastest growing frozen pizza manufacturer in the US, is hiring for a delivery driver in Minneapolis, MN. You will transport products to customers, build relationships with store personnel, and ensure shelves are stocked and routes are efficiently managed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• CDL-B preferred prior to hire.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build partnerships with store-level personnel overseeing the frozen pizza category.
• Grow existing business by building relationships with customers.
• Unload, stock, rotate, and pull product to keep shelves full on each visit.
• Maintain an efficient routing schedule with flexibility based on customer needs.

• Hourly + commission (uncapped) pay structure, averaging $65k+

What you’ll do…

• Safely transport product to customers in timely and efficient manner to meet customer and company expectations.
• Effectively build partnerships with the individual(s) who oversee the frozen pizza category sales at store level.
• Use an entrepreneurial approach to grow existing business, including building relationship and rapport with your customers.
• Unload, stock, rotate, and pull product, ensuring shelves are full on every visit.
• Maintain an efficient routing schedule with flexibility based upon customer needs.

• Utilizing safe driving practices with a valid driver’s license (CDL class B preferred prior to hire) and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands:

• This job requires consistent movement of cases of product, weighing up to 25 pounds, and frequent climbing on and off delivery truck.
• Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions and freezer temperatures when moving product
