Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in NorCal is hiring a Route Sales Representative to drive orders, sales and daily delivery of fresh baked products. You’ll build relationships with customers, manage driver logs and ensure accurate records while starting early around 3:00am.

You will expand shelves, run in-store promotions, and maximize product shelf life through rotation. Prior delivery experience is a plus; bilingual is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Check delivery vehicle daily and keep logs and maintenance notes.
• Expand shelf space and run in-store promotions.
• Rotate products to maximize shelf life; ensure timely deliveries.
• Work early mornings with varying days; typical start around 3:00am.
