Flowers Bakeries NorCal, LLC is hiring a Route Sales Representative to order, sell and deliver fresh baked products, building strong customer relationships and expanding shelf space in a DSD setup.

The role requires early starts around 3:00am, with varying workdays. Prior delivery driving and sales experience are preferred, along with a high school diploma or GED. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Compensation includes base+commission.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and expand shelf space.

• Be flexible with workdays and early start times, potentially non-traditional hours in a DSD environment.
